On Home and calendar

The activity reaches Home and the calendars of connected communities.

  1. Connect by invitation

A Super Admin creates an invitation and the other community uses it to connect.

  2. Choose what to share

Select the services or activities you want connected communities to see.

  3. Discover what is happening

Received activities appear on Home and the calendar. Notifications can be enabled per connection.

Share activities, not people’s data.

The connection shares the activity’s name, dates, image and stream. Private group activities stay outside the network.

You can revoke an invitation or disconnect a community in settings.

Connections between platforms share activities selected by each organization. Social profiles and posts have their own visibility options; internal records and finances remain in the platform.

Partnerships to serve

Your talent can open a new path.

We are looking for people and organizations who want to share the gospel, support children and families, and create opportunities for communities.

  • Artists and creators

Illustrations, cartoons and stories that bring the Bible’s message closer to children and families.

  • Publishers

Books and biblical resources that inspire, teach and reach more communities.

  • Academies and educators

Learning opportunities that help children develop their talents.

  • People who want to help

Donations, resources or time to help sustain the project and extend its reach.

We want Sion to serve for the long term. We seek responsible funding to maintain the technology, create content and support communities.

Sion Territory

Spread the gospel. Support communities.

Our vision is to spread the gospel and support communities. Sion puts technology at the service of churches and Christian foundations to walk alongside people, care for children and families, and support those who serve every day.

Communities bringing this story to life

Our vision goes beyond software

We want more communities to hear the message of the gospel and find support in those who walk alongside them. Every church and foundation that joins is an opportunity to serve together and bring hope to more people.

Bring Sion to my community

The map shows our starting point. Expansion into other countries is part of our vision.

Born in a church. Growing to serve.

Our story began by supporting a congregation’s work. Today, the project with FUSCAVID opens a new path: supporting Christian foundations in their work with children and families.

We believe technology matters when it helps people serve. Our vision is to spread the gospel and support communities, giving churches and foundations tools to spend more time with people.

Frequently asked questions

Find a quick answer based on what you need to know.

Getting started

Does my church need Sion for me to join the network?

No. The social network also welcomes people whose church or foundation does not yet use a Sion platform. If you already have a software account, you can sign in with it.

How long does it take to get started?

It depends on the size of your church; we walk you through setup, data loading and team training.

What should we prepare before starting?

Your church or foundation’s name, the people who will administer Sion and the information you have today. Together we review how to organize it before importing it.

Does it work for multiple campuses?

Yes, with the Church network plan each campus has its own space.

Using Sion

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Sion runs in the browser and installs on Android and iPhone like an app, with nothing to download from a store.

Is it available in other languages?

This website is already in Spanish, English and Portuguese. The app works in Spanish today, and English and Portuguese are in progress.

How do members sign in?

With their email or ID number; each church decides how to give first access.

Does Sion include the Bible?

Yes. Through the YouVersion integration, you can read passages, chapters and the verse of the day inside Sion. Your community enables the integration and available versions. When it is not enabled, Bible references open Bible.com.

Data and access

Who owns the data?

The information belongs to your church. Access is organized by roles and modules. During implementation we review who needs access and how information will be managed.

Can I bring my member list from Excel?

During implementation we review your file and agree on how to prepare and import people’s information.

Does everyone see the same information?

Access depends on enabled roles and modules. During implementation we review what each team needs to view and manage.
